AI For Enterprise

Train your team to build AI, not just buy it.

Structured capability programs for every function, not only engineering. The same curriculum that has taken 8,000 learners from first dataset to deployed system — delivered to your people, in your context, on your timetable.

Typical engagement: 4–26 weeks · 20–200 seats · Remote, on-site or blended

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Most organisations start with a cohort and add advisory once the first projects land in production.

Most common

Team Cohort

A private cohort of your people running the curriculum for their role, with mentors assigned to your team.

  • 10–40 seats per cohort
  • Several role tracks in parallel
  • Weekly live sessions plus office hours
  • Reviewed assignments and a capstone
  • Manager dashboard on progress

Per seat, volume tiered

Tailored

Custom Curriculum

We rebuild the syllabus around your stack, your domain and the roles you actually employ.

  • Discovery and skills audit first
  • Modules dropped, added or rewritten
  • Projects scoped on your own data
  • Your specialists can co-teach
  • Materials licensed for internal reuse

Fixed fee, scoped per engagement

Ongoing

Advisory Retainer

Senior practitioners on call while your team takes its first systems into production.

  • Architecture and design reviews
  • Evaluation and guardrail design
  • Hiring support: rubrics and panels
  • Quarterly capability reporting
  • Named lead, fixed monthly hours

Monthly retainer, 3-month minimum

Tracks by role

A different curriculum for every profession

An engineer needs to build the model. A clinician needs to interrogate one and know when to distrust it. Same faculty, same standards, entirely different syllabus — and a single cohort can run several of these in parallel.

Engineering track

Software Engineer

Backend, full-stack and platform engineers who will be asked to put models behind an API and keep them running.

Length26 weeks · ~12 hrs/week
PrerequisiteFluent in one language
DeliveryLive + reviewed work
01

Foundations

Python for data work, SQL, and the maths you actually need for gradient descent.

02

Modelling

Supervised learning end to end: features, validation, thresholds you can defend.

03

Deep learning & retrieval

Transformers, embeddings, RAG done properly, and where each one fails.

04

Production

Serving, monitoring, drift, cost control and the evaluation harness that catches regressions.

Leaves with: Ships an AI feature into production, with evaluation and guardrails, and can review a colleague’s.

How it works

From first call to measured outcome

01

Scoping call

Forty-five minutes. Who needs to learn what, by when, and what a good outcome looks like in your terms. No sales sequence attached.

02

Capability baseline

A short assessment by role gives us a starting point, and gives you a number to measure against later.

03

Proposal and pilot

A written scope with syllabus, timetable, mentor allocation and price. Many teams start with a 10-seat pilot before committing more widely.

04

Delivery

Live sessions, reviewed assignments and project work, with a named programme manager and fortnightly reporting to your sponsor.

05

Outcome report

Post-programme assessment, completed projects, and a written read on where the team is strong and what to invest in next.

Questions

Before you take this to procurement

How is this priced?

Cohorts are priced per seat with volume tiers; custom curriculum is a fixed fee against a written scope; advisory is a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum. We give you a firm number in the proposal, not a range that moves later. Pricing is not published because scope varies too widely for a list price to be honest.

What is the minimum engagement?

Ten seats for a private cohort. Below that, sponsoring individual memberships is better value for you, and we will tell you so on the call rather than after the invoice.

Can several roles learn together?

Yes, and it usually works better. Shared live sessions cover the concepts everyone needs — what a model can and cannot do, how to judge an output — and the tracks split for the practical work.

Can you deliver on-site?

Yes, in India and on request elsewhere. Most engagements run remote with an on-site kickoff and an on-site demo day, which is where in-person time actually earns its cost.

Do you work with our own data?

Under NDA, and only where it is genuinely necessary. In most cases a representative synthetic dataset teaches the same lesson without the review burden, and we will suggest that first.

Who teaches it?

Practising engineers and data scientists, plus domain specialists for the non-technical tracks. You will be told who your lead mentor is before signing, and can meet them on the scoping call.

Get in touch

Start with a scoping call

Forty-five minutes with someone who has delivered these programmes, not a sales development representative. You will leave with a recommended shape and a rough number, whether or not you go ahead.
