aifolks.org is an educational platform designed to teach users about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science through tutorials, resources, and interactive tools. The AI Folks Agent is a Facebook App created for educational purposes to demonstrate how AI agents operate on social media. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered learners, and app users.

aifolks.org is entirely run and managed by OpenBootcamp (https://theopenbootcamp.com)

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 13 years old.

Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Not be barred from using similar services under applicable laws.

If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian and refrain from signing up to our programs.

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. We use Circle to manage our community and course.

All content on aifolks.org and the AI Folks Agent app, including text, graphics, code, tutorials, and design is owned by aifolks.org or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Some features or content (e.g., premium courses, materials) may require payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.

b. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any paid Services, including premium content, subscriptions, or access fees, unless required by applicable law. Please review your purchase carefully before completing it. A learner cannot subscribe to the monthly plan and cancel it midway without the full tenure of the plan is over.

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
