N-Shot Learning
Teaching a task inside the prompt with a handful of examples — zero, one or few.
Zero-shot gives only an instruction, one-shot adds a single example, few-shot adds several. The model infers the pattern from context without any weight update.
Example choice, ordering and formatting all measurably change results, which is why prompts belong in version control and should be tested like any other code path.
