t-SNE

A dimensionality-reduction technique commonly used to visualise complex data.

t-SNE maps high-dimensional observations into two or three dimensions while attempting to preserve local neighbourhood relationships. Points that are similar in the original space are encouraged to remain close together.

It is widely used to visualise embeddings, image features and biological data. However, distances between separated clusters may be misleading, and different parameter settings can produce noticeably different plots.
